Click Here PUBLIC NOTICE The Housing Authority of the City of Brownsville (BHA) will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m., Monday, January 4, 2010 , at the Main Board Room, 2606 Boca Chica Boulevard, Brownsville, Texas, for the purpose of obtaining public comments on Budget Revision Number One for Capital Fund Program Federal Fiscal Year 2009 Formula Grant, (Grant Number TX59P00750109) as required by 24 CFR Part 903.7(r) Significant Amendment or Modification to the Annual Plan; In carrying out its Capital Fund Program (FFY 2009), funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Brownsville Housing Authority has determined that the impact of Significant Amendment or Modification to the Agency Wide Plan is affected by: • Substantial Deviation from the Five- Year Plan; and • Significant Amendment or Modification to the Annual Plan All pertinent documents will be on display at the BHA's Central Office located at 2606 Boca Chica Boulevard , Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Individuals may also submit written comments prior to the public hearing to: The Housing Authority of the City of Brownsville , P.O. Box 4420 , Brownsville , Texas 78523-4420 . Comments will be received for 45 days following the publication of this notice.
