Through the Brownsville Finance Corporation Nonprofit Organization the BHA awarded to Valley American Contractors a contract to build 13 single family homes. Homes are either 1,300 or 1,500 Square Feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Master Bedroom with walk-in closet, and are fully equiped with energy efficient refrigerator, stove, and central air and heating.
